The Golden Community Center is a 71,483 square foot multifunction recreation facility which opened on October 1, 1994, and had a major renovation in 2006-2007. The Center boasts complete Aquatics, Climbing Wall, Fitness Center and Childcare areas. In addition, there are a variety of recreation and leisure programs offered to all age groups from tots to older adults.

The aquatics area regularly closes one-half (1/2) hour before the facility, and the pool is closed during swim lessons.
