Description: The City of Golden Municipal Court is seeking written Proposals from Collection Agencies to provide debt collections services for delinquent administrative, parking, traffic and criminal offense fines, fees and costs. The City had approximately 8,389 total filed violations in 2015 and was unable to collect on approximately $51, 846.34. The City is considering sending these cases as well as additional cases with unpaid fines, fees, costs and restitution to collections in the future. |
