Non-Cigarette Tobacco Retailers
On May 8, 2012 a new ordinance, Chapter 4.96 regarding Non-Cigarette Tobacco Product Retailers, went into effect. The intent of the enactment of this ordinance by City Council is to prohibit sales of non-cigarette tobacco products to youth, to encourage responsible tobacco retailing and to reduce the impact of tobacco product use by young people in Golden.
