Whether you are a member of the public or a member of the media, we are here to help you get the information you need. The City of Golden Media and Community Relations department is designed to provide information on the latest news and events happening in Golden. We also coordinate the City’s communication efforts, both internal and external. We work closely with City departments and the City Council to provide information to residents, businesses and visitors. If you have a question or comment, email us and we will make sure your inquiry gets to the appropriate department or person.

Cable Channel 8

The mission of the City of Golden’s Channel 8 is to provide government and community information to the citizens of Golden. Channel 8 seeks to inform and educate residents on the functions of local government by providing programming that increases viewers’ awareness of the local government decision-making process, local government activities, public issues, and services available from City departments and agencies.
