Celebrate Health! is a monthly wellness program featuring a variety of health education, and wellness opportunities for adults of all ages. The first Friday of each month we offer free blood pressure screenings, healthy refreshments, chair massages, foot care and hand and foot reflexology. Celebrate Health! is held upstairs in the Front Porch of the Golden Community Center. There is no fee for the programs unless specifically noted. Chair Massage - $13 for 15 minutes
Tina Obrecht, Certified Massage Therapist, will be available to reduce your stress levels, increase circulation, ease back and neck tension, and increase your energy level! All in a 15 minute massage! Treat yourself.

Reflexology - $13 for 15 minutes
Reflexology is an ancient healing art that feels like a combination of massage and acupressure. Your body is reflected on your hands and feet. By using specific pressure techniques you can experience relief from many common ailments and an incredible relaxation experience. It is safe, gentle and beneficial to for everyone. Come enjoy! *Available the first three Fridays of the month
Chalyce Macoskey will soak your feet, trim and file your nails, assess the health of your feet, and apply lotion to your achin’ dogs.
