  • The Golden Public Art Partnership (GPAP) was established in July of 1999 with the mission of ensuring the distribution, in public areas, of visible outdoor art that historically celebrates our community’s heritage and environment. The GPAP is a branch of the Golden Civic Foundation, but also receives funding from the City of Golden, as well as private contributions.
