Please join us Monday, January 23 between 6 – 8 p.m. for the next meeting on the Washington Avenue complete street project. This project will consist of improvements on Washington Avenue between 10th Street north to Hwy 93. Based on input provided at our February 2016 public meeting, we’ve identified seven project themes:
- Safe bike facilities
- Enhanced pedestrian facilities and safety
- Improved aesthetics and landscaping
- Reduced vehicular speeds
- Improved residential parking and driveway access
- Enhanced transit
- Improved access to business
The design team has developed a “shopping list” of options to address these themes and we’d like your input.
The meeting will be an open house format and will be held at:
