Kiwanis Club Easter Egg Hunt @ Parfet Park

Bring the little ones for the annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30 in Parfet Park.

Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Golden, the “hunt” starts at 10 a.m. as children dart about to find the colorful treasures! It doesn’t take more than a few minutes for all the eggs to be gathered up, so don’t be late!

Children up to age 10 are welcome.

Earth Day Celebration @ DeLong Park

Golden Bike Cruise 2024 @ Calvary Church
May 28 @ 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm

Golden Bike Cruise sign drapes over a brick wall with event-goers gathered and mingling in the background.The Golden Bike Cruise is back with fun costume-themed rides, live music, beer from New Terrain, food from Bob’s Burgers, a two prize drawings at each event.

The event takes place on the last Tuesday of the month, May through September. Kegs are tapped at 5:30 p.m., the Cruise begins at 6:30 p.m., and the fun continues until 9 p.m!

Riders begin and end at Calvary Church in Golden, 818 14th St.

Foothills Artsweek Golden Festival 2024 @ Downtown Golden

Foothils Art Center logoARTSWEEK GOLDEN is a week-long celebration of the arts, culminating in the ARTSWEEK GOLDEN FESTIVAL, a juried arts festival sponsored by Foothills Art Center, with local and national artists exhibiting their works in downtown Golden. Exact location to be announced, but the festival happens right in downtown Golden.

When:  Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

a gold prospector who arrived in Jefferson County in 1858.
