Golden Weekends @ Downtown Golden
Jul 6 @ 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Downtown GoldenEvery Friday and Saturday night from June 1 through August 31, 5 to 8 p.m., Golden’s downtown comes alive with activity for the whole family to enjoy.

Dozens of Golden businesses stay open until at least 8 p.m. and offer specials, in-store demonstrations, samples and more.

Live music on the street corners, free carriage rides, and merchant special activities bring the festivities outdoors onto the sidewalks and in stores and restaurants throughout the summer weekend evenings.

The Downtown Golden Merchant Partners (DGMP) is hosting the events, with support from the Downtown Development Authority, in appreciation of the Golden community.

Participating businesses will be marked by a gold balloon at their front doors. Golden Weekends will not take place during Buffalo Bill Days weekend nor on Super Cruise Saturdays.

Free parking during the evenings will make it easy for families and visitors to come enjoy Golden Weekends.

For more information, please visit Golden Weekends on Facebook.
