Personal Training (Community Center)

Personal TrainerNeed personal exercise guidance? Sign up for a professional Personal Trainer and receive a personal fitness routine created just for you! Meet once, a few times, or regularly. Sessions are one hour in duration. Our trainers are certified by a national, professionally recognized certifying agency and are CPR/First Aid certified.

A Health History and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR Q) form is required to be completed in full and turned in when you request a Personal Trainer. You may pick up one in person at the Community Center front desk, or download the PAR Q here. In some cases, a physician’s release may also be required.

Many options are available, including one-on-one sessions, train with a friend sessions, and small group training. Price is per person, per hour.

Please allow three working days for a call from your trainer after turning in your request .

If you must cancel your appointment, please give your Personal Trainer a courtesy call 24 hours in advance. If you do not have your trainer’s number, call 303-384-8100.

a gold prospector who arrived in Jefferson County in 1858.
