In the mid-1970s and early 1980s the subdivision Heritage Del’s was in the process being built out. One of the requirements of the developer was to build a fire station/community building. Located in a residential area, Station 24 was dedicated November 27th, 1983.
This three bay station houses an Attack Truck, Engine and a Heavy Rescue. A storage area, office, and hose tower takes up the remaining space of the lower-level. The upstairs accommodates sleeping quarters for four personnel, a day room and kitchen.
