The City of Golden snow plows are out and working hard to keep the streets free of snow and ice, but clearing sidewalks is up to you!
Please remember that you MUST shovel your sidewalks no later than 24 hours after the snow falls. With that in mind, please don’t shove the snow INTO the public right of way, but aim for areas where foot and vehicle traffic won’t be hindered.
Not everyone is physically capable of removing snow and ice. Check with your neighbor and see if they need help clearing their walks and driveways.
