Movies & Music in the Parking Lot

Special Halloween Drive-in Movie - SOLD OUT

We have a special treat for kids and adults for Halloween night! Join us for Movies & Music in the Parking Lot on Saturday, Oct. 31 (weather permitting). We had two very successful drive-in movies in August and September, and we look forward to offering a special Halloween edition this year!

The movie feature is Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. Sunset is expected around 6 p.m. on that night. Gates will open approximately one hour before the movie begins. The location is the lower parking lot at the former Heritage Square.

The movie is free, but space is limited, and you must have a reserved spot to enter. At this time, tickets are sold out.

Each year, the City of Golden offers movie-lovers the Movies & Music in the Park series. The free series traditionally runs Friday nights in August in Parfet Park. But this year, thanks to COVID-19, we’re going old-school. Welcome to the Movies & Music in the Parking Lot drive-in!

Once gates open, cars will be directed to a spot to settle in before the movie gets going. Please be sure and come before the movie starts, as no cars will be let in after it begins. More details coming soon…
