We asked you to pick the September movie, and you did! The winner, after a tie-breaking “honk-off” held during the August 14 event is (drum roll please)….Ferris Bueller’s Day Off!

Due to special precautions in place for COVID-19, we must limit the number of attendees for our Movies & Music in the Parking Lot events so plan on grabbing your ticket when they are available at 8 a.m. on September 4.

Tickets for the September 11 event will be available online on Friday, September 4 at 8 a.m.  Register on Eventbrite..

Each year, the City of Golden offers movie-lovers the Movies & Music in the Park series. The free series traditionally runs Friday nights in August in Parfet Park. But this year, thanks to COVID-19, we’re going old-school. Welcome to the Movies & Music in the Parking Lot drive-in!

Gates open at 6:15 p.m. and cars will be directed to a spot to settle in before the movie gets going. Please be sure and come before the movie starts , as no cars will be let in after it begins.
