The City of Golden needs your feedback! Take the short, 7-question waste hauling survey and let us know what is working and what isn’t for Golden’s waste and recycling services.
This spring, the City’s five-year waste hauling contract will expire with the current hauler GFL Environmental (formerly Alpine Waste & Recycling). The City will re-bid for the next 5-year contract and include resident recommendations for improvements to the program. All residents (customers and non-customers) are welcome to submit input. With this feedback, the City hopes to achieve the following:
- Identify areas of improvement to existing services
- Measure interest in new/expanded services
- Prioritize customer’s experience
