New Bids and Proposals Process coming soon!

The City of Golden has partnered with BidNet as part of the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System to post solicitations. As a vendor, you can register with Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. By selecting group notification, your company will receive emails once the City of Golden has a solicitation that matches your company’s business. In addition, the site handles solicitations, RFPs, and RFQs for other agencies throughout Colorado.

We appreciate your cooperation and welcome your participation. We will maintain our current system for posting bids and RFPs for the time being, but invite our vendors to sign up for Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing Systems for future opportunities. If you need help registering, please call Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group vendor support department toll free 800-835-4603 option 2.
