In addition to music and food, a giant Jenga game will be on hand for the daring, as well as free face painting and corn toss games.

Rescheduled: Hurricane Relief Benefit Concert @ Fossil Trace Golf Club

Come to this free Hurricane Benefit concert this Friday, Sept 22 at Schnepf’s Restaurant at Fossil Trace Golf Club in Golden from 4 to 8 pm. There will be free Hors D’oeuvres, a dippin dots station, great music, cheap happy hour cocktails and an amazing silent auction.

This is not a stuffy benefit – wear your Hawaiian shirt and bring the family. It’s a party on the most gorgeous outdoor patio in Golden.

We are working with two local organizations run by local people who are getting aid to those who need it in the form of medical supplies, water, food, tarps, building tools and more (VIStrong.org and US Virgin Islands Adopt A Family)

Mines Music Spring Concert & Raffle @ Ford Building, CSM Campus

CSM LogoThe Mines Music Spring Concert is on Sunday, April 29 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Ford building on the Colorado School of Mines campus, 1301 19th St.

The vocal music groups will perform from 1 to 2 p.m. and the Concert Band from 2 to 3 p.m. The Xi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity will hold a prize raffle at the end, with a chance to win many great prizes donated by businesses in the Golden area. This is a major fundraiser for the band program and money raised goes toward new instruments and other band essentials. For more information, contact Robert Klimek at rklimek@mines.edu.
