Join the Golden Police Department on June 10 at Regis University as they, along with other law enforcement and safety agencies in the area kick off the summer with a focus on safety. Included in the event are free kid’s activities and giveaways, a distracted driving simulator, teen driving safety, Flight for Life and DPD Helicopters, K-9 demonstrations, police show cars and motorcycles, law enforcement equipment, 10 metro agency recruiting row, car seat checks, and much more.
Celebrate Golden History Museum with delicious food from the Old Capitol Grill & Smokehouse, cocktails and entertainment at the annual Black & White Night event. Normally, Black & White Night coincides with the opening of a new exhibit, but this year, we’ll be giving a fond send off to three exhibits as we prepare for renovation construction at the museum.
