The Golden City Council meets every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers (911 10th St.), unless rescheduled due to holidays or other events happening in the city.

Council will first have a Study Session at 5 p.m. on February 14 to discuss Howdy Downtown and the Bike/Pedestrian Plan Policy.

The Regular Business Meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.

The City of Golden invites the public to attend the 2023 State of the City address. Join Mayor Laura Weinberg for this important community address which will include presentations from City Council and city leadership celebrating the City of Golden’s successes in 2022 and goals for 2023.

Questions for the Q&A session can be submitted ahead of time on the State of the City Guiding Golden page.

This event is free to the public and refreshments will be served.  All members of the Golden community are invited to attend.

Council will meet at 5 p.m. in Study Session to discuss budget priorities, Downtown Parking Study results and recommendations, and review the Elections Handbook and discuss benefits for council members. The regular business session will begin at 6:30 p.m. following a brief dinner break. Executive session will follow the regular business meeting.
