Rocky Mountain Storytelling (RMS) is a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization of storytellers, story listeners and story lovers based in Golden, CO. Their 2019 Story Seeds Conference takes place April 12 – 14 with a story SLAM on April 13, 7 to 9 p.m. at the American Mountaineering Museum. The theme of the story slam is “Illusion.” Come with a five minute story and put your name in the hat. One by one names will be drawn and the storyteller will take the stage. Story can be true or a traditional tale, but no notes can be used. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges.
