The zoning code rewrite consultants are making the finishing touches to the initial code draft and it will be available to the public in late January. You are invited to join a virtual community meeting on Jan. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. This meeting is intended to educate the community on the code’s contents and how it has been constructed. Upon the release of the draft, the community will have approximately one month to review it, make comments, and provide those comments to the Planning Division and the consultants for consideration.
