    • Law BooksThe Golden Municipal Court is committed to the administration of justice with equality, fairness and integrity. The Court employees strive to treat our customers with respect and dignity while upholding the organizational values established by the City of Golden.

    The Golden Municipal Court is a Limited Jurisdiction Court, serving the citizens of the City of Golden, Colorado. The types of cases heard in the Golden Municipal Court are; traffic, misdemeanor, animal, code violations and parking citations. Court is held approximately six days a month.

    We accept cash, checks or credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa). 
Cash or credit card is required as payment for Bonds or Outstanding Judgment Warrants. 
For your convenience, a night drop-box is located to the left of the front door of City Hall.

    Golden Municipal Court is located in the Golden City Hall, which is just west of the intersection of 10th Street and Washington Avenue in downtown Golden.

    I-70 to highway 58
    Exit highway 58 at Washington exit
    Turn left onto Washington – three blocks to 10th Street
    Right on 10th Street

    If you are coming from the East

    6th Ave to 19th Street
